Track your parcel via the link in the shipping e-mail. Bulky or fragile goods (terrariums) are packed with extra care; please check the parcel on delivery and report any damage to the carrier and to us.

Online payments are processed by the Comgate payment gateway (Comgate a.s., a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank). Card details are entered on the gateway's secure page; we never see them.
Details are in our terms and conditions. Goods can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason; defects are handled via the claim form.
