LED lighting

LED lighting serves mainly to illuminate the terrarium well and naturally. It helps bring out the colours of the animals, plants and the whole environment and supports the natural daily rhythm. Quality LED lights have low consumption, heat up little and are suitable especially as the main daytime lighting or as a supplement to heat and UVB sources. On their own, however, they usually do not replace UVB or heating, so it is important to choose lighting according to the specific species, the type of terrarium and the desired combination of light, heat and UVB radiation.
