This high-performance halogenide UVB discharge lamp is designed to create a faithful imitation of natural sunlight in the terrarium. It is an ideal choice for all heliophilic (sun-loving) reptiles.

Safe operating conditions

Minimum terrarium height: 60 cm (applies if the light source is installed directly inside the tank). Safe distance from the animal: Maintain a distance of 30–35 cm. At shorter distances, there is a risk of burns from high temperature and exposure to excessive UV radiation values.

Recommended replacement cycle

Once every 12 months (with normal lighting of 11–12 hours per day)

Operation of this lamp requires the use of an appropriate ballast. Without it, the lamp will not function.
